The invention discloses a grouting automatic control device. The grouting automatic control device comprises an inner cylinder for realizing no cleaning of a configuration box; the inner cylinder is of a U-shaped structure with an opening in the upper end, and is movably arranged in the configuration box; the inner cylinder has a working state and a cleaning state; in the working state, the innercylinder is arranged in the configuration box for storing slurry prepared in the configuration box to realize no cleaning of the configuration box; the inner cylinder is convenient to replace; in thecleaning state, the inner cylinder is arranged on one side above the configuration box; the U-shaped opening in the inner cylinder is downwards; a scraping plate capable of rotating and used for scraping the inner wall of the inner cylinder is arranged on one side of the configuration box; when the scraping plate rotates, an extension sleeve capable of extending at the end part of a positioning sleeve outwards extends under the effect of centrifugal force; the positioning sleeve is fixedly connected with the upper and lower inner walls of a movable groove through a second spring, so that the positioning sleeve forms a suspended unstable state in the movable groove; and the positioning sleeve, the extension sleeve and the scraping plate can correspondingly vibrate up and down to improve theeffect of the scraping plate scraping the inner wall of the inner cylinder.
