The invention discloses a prestressed pipe pile for a building. The prestressed pipe pile for the building comprises a bottom end pipe pile, an inserting plate, a connecting column, second connectinggrooves and a connector plug; the connector plug is fixed to one end in the bottom end pipe pile, the inserting plate is arranged outside the bottom end pipe pile at the top end of the connector plug,and the second connecting grooves are formed in the two ends in the bottom end pipe pile; a first connecting ring is fixed to the end, away from the inserting plate, of the bottom end pipe pile; andfirst connecting grooves are formed in the bottom end in a head end pipe pile, a sleeve is arranged in each first connecting groove, a second connecting ring sleeves one end of the surface of the headend pipe pile, a top cover is fixed to the top end of the head end pipe pile at one side of the second connecting ring, and a through hole is fixed to the position where the head end pipe pile is connected with the interior of the bottom end pipe pile. According to the prestressed pipe pile for the building, the service life of the pipe pile is prolonged, the safety of the pipe pile in use is improved, and the construction efficiency of the pipe pile in use is improved.
