Anti-cracking method for butt joint of prefabricated immersed tube concrete members
The invention discloses an anti-cracking method for butt joint of prefabricated immersed tube concrete members. The method comprises the following steps that a heating mechanism is preset at the end,linked with a new concrete member, of an old concrete member, the end part of the old concrete member is heated to a peak temperature greater than or equal to a pouring temperature of the new concretemember, and the temperature is kept unchanged; the new concrete member is poured so that the new concrete member is linked with the end part of the heated old concrete member; and when the pouring temperature of the new concrete member reaches a peak value, the heating mechanism is closed, so that the end part of the old concrete member and the new concrete member start to be synchronously cooledfrom the same temperature peak value. According to the method, the operation is simple and convenient, the construction operation is convenient, and the effect of reducing the cracking risk of prefabricated immersed tube concrete is obvious.
本发明公开了一种用于预制沉管混凝土构件对接的防裂方法,包括如下步骤:在旧混凝土构件衔接新混凝土构件的一端预设加热机构,将旧混凝土构件的端部加热至大于或等于新混凝土构件浇注温度的峰值温度,并保持温度不变;浇注新混凝土构件,使新混凝土构件与已加热的旧混凝土构件的端部衔接;新混凝土构件浇注温度达到峰值时,关闭加热机构,使旧混凝土构件的端部与新混凝土构件从相同的温度峰值开始同步降温。该方法操作简单方便,便于施工操作,降低预制沉管混凝土开裂风险的效果明显。
