Prefabricated assembly type comprehensive pipe gallery and assembling method thereof
The invention discloses a prefabricated assembly type comprehensive pipe gallery adopting ultrahigh-toughness cement-based composite materials and an assembly method of the prefabricated assembly typecomprehensive pipe gallery. The comprehensive pipe gallery is structurally composed of prefabricated parts, the cast-in-place ultrahigh-toughness cement-based composite materials and a concrete base.For the comprehensive pipe gallery structure, two bottom prefabricated parts and one top prefabricated part are spliced to form an arch-shaped section, the ultrahigh-toughness cement-based compositematerials are cast in place at the connecting position, and the prefabricated parts are composed of corrugated steel plates, the ultrahigh-toughness cement-based composite materials and shear connectors. According to the comprehensive pipe gallery structure, the ultrahigh-toughness cement-based composite materials outside the corrugated steel plates remarkably improve the bearing performance of the structure, and an anti-corrosion role in blocking the complex environment of external soil is also achieved; the prefabricated parts are transported to the site after being completely machined in afactory, so that industrial integration is easy, and the machining precision and quality of the prefabricated parts are guaranteed; and fabricated construction and a small amount of cast-in-place workare conducted on a construction site, so that the construction period is shortened, and the cost is remarkably reduced.
本发明公开了一种采用超高韧性水泥基复合材料的预制装配式综合管廊及其装配方法,综合管廊结构由预制件、现浇超高韧性水泥基复合材料、混凝土基座组成。综合管廊结构由两个底部预制件和一个顶部预制件拼装形成拱形截面,连接位置现浇超高韧性水泥基复合材料。预制件由波形钢板、超高韧性水泥基复合材料、剪力连接件组成。本发明提出的综合管廊结构中波形钢板外部的超高韧性水泥基复合材料不仅显著改善结构承载性能,而且起到了阻隔外部土壤复杂环境的防腐蚀作用。预制件完全在工厂加工后运输到现场,易于产业化集成,并保证了预制件的加工精度和质量;施工现场进行装配化施工和少量现浇工作,缩减施工工期并显著降低成本。
