According to the movable rainwater collection device for the environment-friendly and energy-saving building, shifting pieces are distributed on the surface of the rotary shaft at equal angles, when rainwater falls, the surfaces of the shifting pieces can be directly impacted and the rotary shaft and a disc are driven to rotate, the reciprocating motion of a filter screen under a flow-guiding plate is realized by arranging a connecting block, in the motion process of the filter screen, impurities on the surface of the filter screen can be shoveled into a cavity by a bevel edge of the flow-guiding plate, so that the cleaning work of the filter screen is realized, manually cleaning the filter screen is not required, and the operation difficulty in the device maintenance process is reduced.
