The kitchen sewage and residue separation equipment comprises a water tank and a storage box, wherein the water tank is locatedabove the storage box; the water tank is internally provided with a containing cavity; a rotary bead is rotatably arranged in the containing cavity; three fixed sheets are rotatably arranged on the rotary bead; the three fixed sheets are distributed in an annular array by taking the rotary bead as the center; the lower ends of the three fixed sheets are fixedly connected onto an inner wall of thelower side of the containing cavity respectively; a rotary shaft is fixedly arranged in the rotary bead; and three separation blades are fixedly arranged at the lower end of the rotary shaft. The kitchen sewage and residue separation equipment disclosed by the invention can be used for automatically filtering sewage and residues, so that the water tank does not need to be manually cleaned and furthermore, two hands of a user are protected from damages caused by the residues; the residues are automatically collected into a garbage bag and only the garbage bag needs to be manually taken away and the garbage bag needs to be replaced in time, so that convenience is brought to people; a pipeline is internally provided with a baffle plate so that peculiar smell in the pipeline is prevented fromoverflowing; and the water tank is internally provided with the separation blades so that the effect of dually preventing the peculiar smell from overflowing is realized.
