The embodiment of the invention discloses an intelligent closestool health monitoring system and a method. The intelligent closestool health monitoring system comprises a closestool, a collector, a cloud server and a mobile terminal. The collector is arranged above a water storage surface of the closestool, the collector comprises an intercepting hopper, an imaging module and a communication module, and the intercepting hopper is used for intercepting and collecting urine and/or excrement; the imaging module is used for photographing the intercepted and collected urine and/or excrement to generate a detection picture; the communication module is used for uploading the detection picture to the cloud server; and the cloud server is used for determining the physical condition of the user according to the detection picture and sending the physical condition to the mobile terminal. The collector is arranged in the closestool to intercept and collect urine and/or excrement, thedetection picture is generated by photographing and uploaded to the cloud server, the physical health condition is obtained by distinguishing the color of the detection picture and sent to a user, the physical health change of the user is monitored in daily life, and the user is assisted in health management.
