The invention relates to a fabricated balcony structure and a construction technology. The fabricated balcony structure structurally comprises a prefabricated body, wherein the prefabricated body comprises a rectangular bottom plate, and side plates are arranged on the three surfaces of the bottom plate in a surrounding mode; the fabricated balcony structure further comprises extendable connectingpieces arranged on a building main body, connecting grooves are formed in the upper end surface of the bottom plate towards the thickness direction of the bottom plate, the connecting grooves are formed from the middle of the bottom plate to the width direction, clamping grooves formed towards the length direction of the bottom plate are formed in the lower ends of the connecting grooves in a communicating mode, and the multiple clamping grooves and the multiple connecting grooves are distributed in the length direction of the bottom plate at intervals; the extendable connecting pieces are rod pieces arranged towards the width direction of the bottom plate, and one ends of the extendable connecting pieces are always located in a floor slab and connected with a limiting mechanism; and oneends of the extendable connecting pieces extend into the clamping grooves when extending out of the floor slab, so that the prefabricated body is suspended on a building facade. The fabricated balconystructure has the effects that a fabricated balcony is connected with the building main body together after the construction of the building main body is completed, and it is convenient for a hangingbasket to lift so as to construct the exterior facing of a building.
