Detachable modular fabricated building structure
The invention provides a detachable modular fabricated building structure. The structure comprises at least two functional module boxes, shear plates, bolt pins and long nuts; upper floor slabs and lower floor slabs of the functional module boxes are arranged at the upper ends and the lower ends of shear walls respectively; the multiple long nuts are uniformly embedded in upper assembly parts andlower assembly parts at the two ends of the shear walls; the corresponding functional module boxes are vertically aligned and stacked, the shear plates are clamped on the two sides of the joints between the upper assembly parts and the lower assembly parts; one ends of the bolt pins with the number corresponding to that of the long nuts penetrate through holes in the shear plates and are in threaded connection with the ends of the corresponding long nuts; and interlayer spaces are defined by the upper floor slabs, the lower floor slabs, the upper assembly parts and the lower assembly parts. According to the structure, the building structure is modularized, and the joints are detachably connected so that the repeated utilization rate of the fabricated structure and connecting components canbe effectively increased, resources are greatly saved, and the environmental friendliness is achieved; and meanwhile, the overall construction efficiency can be improved, and the cost can be reduced.
本发明提供一种可拆卸模块化装配式建筑结构,包括至少二功能模块盒子、剪力板、销栓以及长螺母,所述功能模块盒子的上楼板和下楼板分别设置在剪力墙的上下两端;剪力墙两端的上装配部和下装配部上均匀预埋有多个长螺母;对应的各所述功能模块盒子之间上下对齐堆叠,所述剪力板夹设在所述上装配部和下装配部相接处的两侧,与长螺母个数相对应的销栓的一端穿过剪力板上的孔洞并与对应长螺母的端部螺纹连接;所述上楼板、下楼板、上装配部以及下装配部合围形成一隔层空间。本发明将建筑结构模块化,节点处采用可拆卸式连接,可有效提高装配式结构和连接构件的重复利用率,大大节约资源,绿色环保;同时还能提高整体施工效率、降低成本。
