The invention provides an edge folding structure and process of a metal curtain wall plate, and relates to the technical field of curtain wall decoration material processing. The process comprises thesteps that one corner of a to-be-folded metal curtain wall plate to form a rectangular notch, and a folded edge I and a second folded edge I are reserved; the reserved folded edge I and the reservedfolded edge II are bent towards the back side or the front face by 90 degrees of the plate together to form a folded edge I and a folded edge II, and the folded edge II covers the end portion of the folded edge I; and spot welding is performed at the gap between the folded edge I and the folded edge II, wherein the length of the rectangular notch is the height of the reserved folded edge I, and the width is the height of the folded edge I minus the thickness of the to-be-folded plate. According to an edge folding process, an edge folding and corner splicing process technology is improved; according to different plate thicknesses, original equal-width folded edges are modified to be unequal-width folded edges based on plate type design, the longer wide edge covers the shorter wide edge, andtherefore corner angles of corner parts are more distinct, gaps become smaller, the grinding area is reduced, the grinding and electric welding quantity is reduced, and the labor cost is reduced.
