Hollow brick and preparation method thereof
One or more embodiments of the present specification provide hollow brick and a preparation method of the hollow brick. An arc structure is directly adopted by two adjacent edges of the hollow brick.The central angle corresponding to the arc is in the range of 5-40 degrees. The pressure resistance strength of the prepared hollow brick is equivalent to the pressure resistance strength of normal rectangular hollow brick, but the mud hanging degree is obviously increased, and meanwhile, under the same pressure impact, the sharp edge phenomenon is obviously diminished. Meanwhile, according to thepreparation method, a special mold is adopted for preparation of the hollow brick, the whole preparation process is simple, the mold is easy to assemble and can be repeatedly used, waste is not produced, the utilization rate of raw materials is increased, and the cost is reduced.
本说明书一个或多个实施例提供一种空心砖及其制备方法,空心砖的相邻两边直接的采用圆弧结构,圆弧对应的圆心角在5~40°范围内,制备的空心砖的抗压强度与正常矩形空心砖抗压强度相当,但是挂泥度有显著的增加,同时在相同的压力撞击下,磕边现象明显减低。同时在制备方法上,采用特制的模具进行空心砖的制备,整个制备过程简单,且模具组装简单可以重复使用,且不会生产废料,提高原料的利用率,降低成本。
