Reinforcement sleeve grouting connecting process suitable for fabricated building
The invention provides a reinforcement sleeve grouting connecting process suitable for a fabricated building. A shearing wall is prefabricated, floor concrete is poured, a sleeve of a prefabricated shearing wall component is pre-buried in the upper part of the component, a plastic cover seals the top of the sleeve, and steel bars are reserved in the lower part of the component; and during hoistingof the component, the steel bars are inserted aligned with a sleeve of a component on the lower layer. Holes do not need to be reserved in the surfaces of the components, thus any face can face downwards for production, both forward and reverse driving processes can be carried out, the surface is flat and is subjected to press polish easily, the production difficulty of the components is lowered,the cost is saved, particularly by adopting the forward driving process, external facade decoration of the components has more selectivity, because no grouting hole or no exhaust hole needs to be reserved in the prefabricated shearing wall, the sleeve without reserved side holes can be adopted, and thus the cost of the sleeve is lowered; and the sleeve and the steel bars in the component can be connected in a threaded or fusion welded mode, the production difficulty is lowered, the cost is saved, and the construction and mounting difficulty of the shearing wall is lowered.
一种适用于装配式建筑的钢筋套筒灌浆连接工艺,预制剪力墙,浇筑楼面混凝土,预制的剪力墙构件套筒预埋在构件的上部,并在套筒的顶部封堵上塑料盖,钢筋预留在构件的下部,构件吊装时将插筋对准下层构件的套筒插入,本发明由于构件表面不需要留孔,可以任一面朝下生产,正反打工艺均可,表面平整容易收光,降低了构件生产难度、节约成本,特别是采用正打工艺使构件的外立面装饰有了更多的选择性,预制剪力墙因为不需要留注浆孔和排气孔,因此可以采用不留侧孔的套筒,降低了套筒成本;套筒与构件中钢筋的连接可以选择螺纹连接或者熔焊连接,降低了生产难度,节约了成本,剪力墙施工安装的难度降低。
