The invention relates to a manufacturing method and a construction method of an inorganic facing heat preservation and decoration integrated plate. According to the construction method, firstly, the board shape and size information are planned according to a building outer wall; then a specific inorganic facing heat preservation and decoration integrated plate which can be directly installed on the building outer wall is produced in a building factory; and finally, on the construction site, only the inorganic facing heat preservation and decoration integrated plate needs to be installed on thebuilding outer wall. The production process of the inorganic facing heat preservation and decoration integrated plate adopts a method of one-time production of a heat preservation material and an inorganic decorative face as well as one-time forming of a heat preservation decorative plate. By means of the method, the manufacturing cost is reduced, meanwhile, the finished product quality is improved, building outer wall construction steps of workers can be reduced, the labor intensity of the workers is reduced, the construction period is shortened, and the construction site environment pollution is reduced.
