The invention relates to an elastic floating-type spliced floor. The floor structurally comprises a spliced floor body, wherein mounting holes are formed in the spliced floor body, a circle of partition plates are arranged on the inner walls of the mounting holes, upper elastic pieces and lower elastic pieces are arranged at the upper and lower sides of the partition plates in the mounting holes respectively and are both in a shape of a cylinder with an open end, lower ports of the upper elastic pieces and upper ports of the lower elastic pieces are both in contact with the partition plates toachieve sealing among the lower ports of the upper elastic pieces and the upper ports of the lower elastic pieces and the partition plates, the upper end faces of the upper elastic pieces slightly protrude on the upper surface of the spliced floor body, and the lower end faces of the lower elastic pieces slightly protrude on the lower end of the spliced floor body.
