The invention discloses energy-saving ceramic tile rapid soaking equipment for building decoration and a method. The soaking equipment aims at the problem that existing ceramic tiles stacked in the middle can not be completely soaked due to the fact that the ceramic tiles are stacked together when being soaked. The energy-saving ceramic tile rapid soaking equipment for the building decoration comprises a box body, wherein two rollers are symmetrically and rotationally connected to both sides of the box body separately, two screws are symmetrically and fixedly installed on the inner wall of thebottom of the box body, the same lifting plate is arranged on the two screws in a sleeving mode, and two lifting covers are symmetrically and rotationally connected to the top of the lifting plate.
