Construction method of high-altitude operation platform applied to large-span workshop and operation platform
The invention provides a high-altitude operation platform applied to a large-span workshop. The high-altitude operation platform comprises a twin beam overhead crane and an operation platform, whereinthe operation platform comprises an operation platform bottom supporting face, surrounding protective railings and an operation face; steel pipes are laid on crane beams in the length direction to form the operation platform bottom supporting face, and multilayer boards are spread all over the operating platform bottom supporting face; the surrounding protective railings comprise vertical bars, cross bars, oblique pull bars and toe boards; the vertical bars are arranged around the operation platform bottom supporting face, the horizontal cross bars are arranged in the height direction of thevertical bars, the toe boards are arranged at the lower parts of the vertical bars, and the oblique pull bars are arranged between the vertical bars; and the operation face is erected among the protective railings, the operation face is erected among the protective railings by scaffold steel pipes, and a pedestrian up and down safe passage is erected between the operation face and the operation platform bottom supporting face. The mobile operation platform has the advantages of being simple to erect, easy to operate and short in erection period, saving construction cost, fully utilizing construction space, reducing waste of social resources, shortening construction period, improving construction efficiency and reducing labor intensity.
