The invention relates to a private parking space parking device with a reminding function. The device comprises ground and a wall, wherein the wall is fixedly connected to the left end face of the ground and extends upwards; an identification reminding device is arranged in the wall; the identification reminding device comprises a first rotating groove with a rightward opening; and a first transmission cavity located on the left side of the ground is arranged in the lower side of the first rotating groove. According to the device, when a vehicle enters the parking space, the information of thevehicle is automatically detected; when the information of the vehicle does not conform, the vehicle cannot enter the parking space; a distance between the vehicle and the wall can be identified through a sensing device after the vehicle conforming to the information enters the parking space; and when the distance between the vehicle and the wall is short, a limiting block is automatically raised, a driver is reminded and a situation that the vehicle is damaged due to the fact that the driver cannot judge the distance between the vehicle and the wall under a condition of poor sight is avoided.
