The invention discloses an AGV vehicle carrier with rotatable comb teeth. A vehicle carrying platform is provided with comb teeth grooves, a carrier frame is arranged in the vehicle carrying platform,direct moving wheels are arranged on two sides of the carrier frame, guide wheels are arranged at two side corners of the front end and the rear end of the carrier frame, a photoelectric switch is arranged at the middle part of the carrier frame, rotary comb teeth are arranged in the carrier frame through a lifting driving mechanism and a rotary driving mechanism, and the photoelectric switch, amotor driver, a communication module, a sensor module, a positioning navigation module and a power supply management module are electrically connected with a control panel. According to the AGV vehicle carrier with the rotatable comb teeth in the invention, the pose adjustment of a vehicle and the automation of storage and pickup of the vehicle can be achieved under the unified scheduling of an intelligent three-dimensional parking garage control system; the rotary driving mechanism drives the rotary comb teeth to rotate so that the parking space is saved; and the lifting driving mechanism drives the rotary comb teeth to lift in cooperation with the comb teeth grooves in the vehicle carrying platform, so that rapid vehicle storage and pickup can be realized, and unmanned intelligent parking is truly realized.
本发明公开一种梳齿可旋转型AGV车辆搬运器,载车台上设有梳齿槽,载车台中设有搬运器框架,搬运器框架两侧设有直行轮,搬运器框架前后端两侧边角处设有导向轮,搬运器框架中部设有光电开关,搬运器框架中通过升降驱动机构和旋转驱动机构设有旋转梳齿,光电开关、电机驱动器、通信模块、传感器模块、定位导航模块和电源管理模块与控制板电性连接;本发明能在智能立体停车库控制系统的统一调度下实现车辆的位姿调整,车辆的存放以及取出的自动化,通过旋转驱动机构带动旋转梳齿的转动,能够节省停车空间,通过升降驱动机构带动旋转梳齿升降配合载车台上的梳齿槽,可以实现快速存取车辆,真正到实现了无人化智能停车。
