The invention relates to the technical field of public consumption facilities, in particular to a hot steaming application method of a sauna room capable of exchanging dry steaming and wet steaming. The hot steaming application method comprises the steps as follows: a user firstly selects dry steaming or wet steaming, can exchange hot steaming through a dry-wet channel at any time, breathes outside air by using one ventilation device to eliminate chest tightness during hot steaming, and can use one shielding mechanism and put one towel to hush up a scandal during hot steaming. The inside of the sauna room is separated into a dry steaming area and a wet steaming area for the user to choose according to different requirements; through a plurality of ventilation devices arranged in roofs of the dry steaming area and the wet steaming area, the user can breathe outside air when having chest tightness, so as to relieve chest tightness, and meanwhile, the user can continuously carry out hot steaming; and one rotating rod is driven through one corresponding forward/reverse motor to turn over upwards, and one corresponding object hanging rod is expanded to turn to a horizontal position, sothat the user conveniently hangs the carried towel on the object hanging rod for shielding, and enjoys hot steaming at ease.
