The invention discloses an epoxy resin cementing material for retard-bonded prestressed tendons. The epoxy resin cementing material comprises bisphenol A epoxy resin, dicyandiamide, a flexibilizer, adiluent and a filler; by uniformly stirring the bisphenol A epoxy resin, the dicyandiamide, the flexibilizer, the diluent and the filler, and fully grinding the mixture, cementing material slurry is obtained; the prepared slurry is used as the cementing material of the retard-bonded prestressed tendons needing to be heated and cured. The cementing material has good stability under the room temperature condition, the working life is 6-12 months, and it can be guaranteed that the performance of the retard-bonded prestressed tendons is stable from the production period to the tensioning period. And through a heating method, the epoxy resin cementing material is rapidly cured, so that a steel strand is bonded with concrete in time according to requirements.
