The invention discloses a preparation method of lanthanum-calcium-manganese-oxygen low-doped samarium nitrate. The method comprises the following steps of: weighing La(NO3)3.6H2O, Sm(NO3)3, Ca(NO3)2.4H2O, Mn(NO3)2.4H2O and C6H8O7.H2O in a molar ratio of (0.7-x):x:0.3:1;4, wherein x is equal to 0.01-0.05; with methanol as a solvent and ethylene glycol as a dispersant, carrying out chelating reaction to prepare La<0.7-x>SmCa<0.3>MnO<3> wet gel, and drying the wet gel; fully grinding the obtained dry gel, sintering the dry gel by preserving heat at 500 DEG C for 8 hours for the first time, fully grinding and tabletting the obtained primary sintering powder, and sintering the powder by preserving heat at 1400 DEG C for 12 hours to prepare a La0.7-xSmCa<0.3>MnO<3> polycrystal ceramic target sample. According to the method, when 0.03 mol of samarium nitrate is lightly doped through a sol-gel method, the temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) and the magnetoresistance (MR) of theLa<0.67>Sm<0.03>Ca<0.3>MnO<3> polycrystalline ceramic material reach 20.23%/K and 72.31%; therefore, the application of the material can better meet the use requirements, the method is convenient toprepare, short in period and low in preparation cost, and large-scale industrial production can be carried out.
本发明公开一种镧钙锰氧低掺杂硝酸钐的制备方法,所述方法是对高纯度的La(NO)·6HO,Sm(NO),Ca(NO)·4HO,Mn(NO)·4HO和CHO·HO以摩尔比为(0.7‑x):x:0.3:1:4(x=0.01‑0.05)计算并称量好各组分药品,用甲醇作溶剂和乙二醇作分散剂,螯合出LaSmCaMnO湿凝胶,然后置于干燥箱内干燥,将得到的干凝胶充分研磨后在500℃下保温8h进行初烧,得到的初烧粉末充分研磨并压片后在1400℃下保温12h进行终烧,制备出LaSmCaMnO多晶陶瓷靶材样品;该方法通过溶胶凝胶法低掺杂硝酸钐0.03mol时,LaSmCaMnO多晶陶瓷材料的电阻温度系数(TCR)和磁电阻(MR)达到20.23%·K和72.31%,从而使该材料的应用能够更好地满足使用需求,该方法制备方便且周期短,制备成本低,可进行大批量工业生产。
