The invention relates to a method for installing a round pipe conveyor between mountaintops. The method comprises the following steps that (1) a tower is built on each of the mountaintops on the two sides and fixed; (2) a telescopic bridge is mounted; (3) the two telescopic bridges are combined and fixedly connected between the mountaintops; and (4) a truss and a round pipe conveyor are installedon the bridge which is in butt joint. The mounting method is reasonable, the mounting quality and the working efficiency can be improved on the basis of ensuring safe construction, meanwhile, use andtransportation of hoisting equipment can be reduced, the construction progress can be accelerated, the construction period can be shortened, the cost can be reduced, and potential safety hazards of construction can also be reduced.
本发明涉及一种山顶之间安装圆管输送机的方法，包括如下步骤：(1)在两边山顶各建一个塔架并固定；(2)伸缩式桥架的安装；(3)两伸缩式桥架在山顶之间会合并固定连接；(4)在完成对接的桥架上安装桁架和圆管输送机。本发明安装方法合理，在保证安全施工的基础上，可提高安装质量和工作效率，同时可减少起重设备的使用和运输，可加速施工进度，缩短工期，降低成本，也可减少施工的安全隐患。
