Prestressed porous anchorage device
The invention belongs to the technical field of anchorage devices, and particularly relates to a prestressed porous anchorage device which comprises a body and steel strands. A branching device is arranged on one side of the body; the branching device comprises a connecting plate; the two sides of the connecting plate are connected with branching plates in a staggered mode. Inserting grooves are formed in the end faces of the branching plates respectively, inserting rods are connected into the inserting grooves in a sliding mode, the bottom ends of the inserting rods on the two sides of the connecting plate can be inserted between the steel strands in a crossed mode and can form isolation areas for separating the steel strands, and the steel strands can be sequentially distributed in the isolation areas corresponding to the steel strands in position. The bent and wound steel strands are straightened and combed through the arranged branching device, the other ends of the steel strands and assembly hole channels where the steel strands are installed can be conveniently, accurately and rapidly installed, and the installation quality of the porous anchorage device is effectively improved; and meanwhile, the branching device can be quickly and efficiently separated from the mounted steel strand, so that the mounting efficiency of the porous anchorage device is greatly improved.
本发明属于锚具技术领域,具体的说是一种预应力多孔锚具,包括本体与钢绞线;所述本体一侧设有分线装置,所述分线装置包括连接板,所述连接板两侧分别错位连接有分线板,所述分线板的端面上分别设置有插槽,所述插槽内部均滑动连接有插杆,且所述连接板两侧的插杆底端能够交叉的穿插在钢绞线之间并能形成将钢绞线相互分隔的隔离区,所述钢绞线均能依次分布在与之位置相对应的隔离区内部;本发明通过设置的分线装置对弯折缠绕的钢绞线捋直梳理,方便钢绞线的另一端与安装的组件孔道进行准确与快捷安装,有效的提高多孔锚具的安装质量;同时分线装置也能快速高效的从安装后的钢绞线上脱离,从而大大提高了多孔锚具的安装效率。
