Quick mounting and replacing method for bridge shock insulation rubber support
A quick mounting and replacing method for a bridge shock insulation rubber support is provided. An upper embedded steel plate and a lower embedded steel plate which are installed in cooperation with asupport body are the same in structure, the back faces of the upper embedded steel plate and the lower embedded steel plate are connected with anchoring parts, grooves are formed in the inner side faces of the upper embedded steel plate and the lower embedded steel plate, and protruding blocks in clearance fit with the grooves are arranged on upper structure protruding plates and lower structureprotruding plates connected to the end face of a support core. The mounting and replacing method comprises the steps that S1, the support is transformed, wherein a prying point and a hook convenient to pull out are arranged on the side end face of the lower structure protruding plate of the support; S2, a mounting method is conducted, specifically, paying off is conducted at the padstone position,a reinforcement cage is bound, a lower embedded steel plate is pre-buried, and padstone concrete is poured; an upper embedded steel plate is embedded at the bottom of the beam body; the support bodyand the beam body are hoisted;S3, the replacement method is conducted, the beam body is jacked up, and the support body is pried off, downwards embedded into the steel plate groove and dragged out anddragged in a new support body; and the position is confimed and the beam is slowly fallen to finish replacement. The installation and replacement method is simple, scientific, rigorous, convenient tooperate, accurate in construction, high in efficiency, safe and reliable.
