By arranging the first connecting plate, the second connecting plate, the third connecting plate and the fourth connecting plate, when a plurality of repairing and reinforcing devices are used, tight and firm connection can be achieved, and therefore the fixing effect on large-size cracks is enhanced; and by arranging the gasket and the gasket groove, relative displacement between the repairing and reinforcing devices can be further limited, and therefore the firmness of connection between the repairing and reinforcing devices is enhanced.
