The invention discloses a measuring and controlling integrated gate for a rice field water inlet. The measuring and controlling integrated gate comprises a gate body, a water level sensor, a collection unit and a controller. The gate body comprises a lifting gate, a frame body, a box body and a vertical rod, and the gate body is arranged in a bucket opening channel and an agricultural opening channel. The water level sensor and the collection unit are arranged in the box body and are used for obtaining bucket opening gate parameters and agricultural opening gate parameters. The controller is arranged in the vertical rod and comprises a storage device and a processor, wherein the storage device stores a computer program, and the program can achieve the following steps when being executed bythe processor. The program includes the following steps that bucket opening gate flow and agricultural opening gate flow are calculated correspondingly according to the bucket opening gate parametersand the agricultural opening gate parameters; the sum of the flow of the previous n agricultural opening gates is calculated according to the flow and positions of the agricultural opening gates, andn is larger than 1 and smaller than the total number of the agricultural opening gates; and the number of the opening agricultural opening gates is determined according to the bucket opening gate flow and the sum of the flow of the previous n agricultural opening gates. By the implementation of the measuring and controlling integrated gate for the rice field water inlet, the minimum gate openingnumber can be selected under the premise of achieving high-efficiency irrigation.
