The invention provides an ecological restoration device for urban river pollution treatment, relates to the technical field of river treatment, and solves the problems that a traditional ecological restoration device cannot effectively fish garbage floating in a river, the garbage floating on the water surface is mostly fished manually, the efficiency is low, and the treatment effect of the waterbody in the river is easily influenced. The device comprises an assembly rotating shaft and filter cones; a main body is made of light materials, and the left side and the right side of the rear end of the main body are provided with a fixed straight plate respectively; the left side and the right side of the top of a support frame are connected with the left side and the right side of the main body, and the bottom of the support frame stands in the river; and a storage square box is located in the middle of the main body, and the front end and the rear end of the storage square box are provided with a handle respectively. Water flow serves as a power source to drive the filter cones on the outer side of the assembly rotating shaft to rotate, the garbage floating in the water flow can be continuously fished through the rotating filter cones, the content of the floating garbage in the river is reduced, and the river water quality is improved.
