The foundation measuring device comprises a box body, two partition plates are fixedly connected inside the box body, the box body is divided into a cavity and a movable cavity through the partition plates, an air cylinderis fixedly connected between the two partition plates, the output end of the air cylinder is fixedly connected with a telescopic rod, the telescopic rod penetrates through the partition plates and extends to the inside of the movable cavity, and the end, positioned inside the movable cavity, of the telescopic rod is fixedly connected with a connecting plate; and a bottom plate is enabled to contact with the ground so that universal wheels are located in through holes to support the box body, the area of contact of the bottom plate with the ground is increased, the situation that the box body is inclined due to uneven ground is avoided, a measuring rod fixed inside the box body is enabled to be always vertical to the ground, the trouble of manually holding is reduced, time and labor are saved, and the accuracy of measuring results is improved.
