The tunnel comprises a regulation and storage tunnel, wherein a rainwater tunnel is arranged on the left side of the regulation and storage tunnel, a sewage tunnel is arranged on the right side of the regulation and storage tunnel, and a maintenance channel is arranged in the middle of the regulation and storage tunnel; a maintenance vehicle is arranged inthe maintenance channel, the maintenance vehicle comprises a vehicle body, a driving mechanism is fixedly arranged behind the vehicle body, the driving mechanism is slidably connected with a first hydraulic cavity, a hydraulic oil chamber is arranged on the front side below the first hydraulic cavity, the first hydraulic cavity and the hydraulic oil chamber are connected through a second hydrauliccavity, and third hydraulic cavity is formed in each of the left side and the right side of the first hydraulic cavity; and a hydraulic stretchable rod is fixedly connected to the front side of the upper portion of the vehicle body, a pedal is fixedly connected to the upper end of the hydraulic stretchable rod, the third hydraulic cavities are connected with the hydraulic oil chamber through fourth hydraulic cavities, and ball valves are rotatably connected to the middles of the fourth hydraulic cavities. According to the tunnel, a worker can be sent to a high position by utilizing a hydraulic principle, and maintenance can be conveniently conducted on a high place of the regulation and storage channel.
