The method comprises the steps that perforating work is performed in a door lock mounting position in a door; a lead plate is mounted on the inner side of a perforated hole, a flow channel in the shape of two concentric squares is formed in the solid lead plate, and then a frame with an open top end and bottom end is clamped into the solid lead plate; by perforating the lead plate, one end of a radiation-proof lock body is made to penetrate through the lead plate hole, the radiation-proof lock body is fixed into the frame through bolts, and the top end of the frame is sealed by locking a cover plate; and a positioning plate is clamped in between the hole in the door and the rectangular frame, and molten lead is poured into the flow channel through holes in the positioning plate and fills up to the same height as the positioningplate along the flow channel.
