A solar panel is fixedly installed at the top of the rainwater collecting top plate, an elastic annular plate capable of sealing the outer ring of the solar panel is installed on the outer ring of the top of the rainwater collecting top plate, telescopiccylinders used for pulling the elastic annular plate are installed on the inner side of the stand column, an inner cavity of the rainwater collecting top plate is a rainwater collecting groove, and water storage cavities communicated with the rainwater collecting groove are formed in the inner side of the stand column. A plurality of arc-shaped lamp poles are fixedly installed on the upper portion of the stand column in the circumferential direction, lamp shells are fixedly installed at the ends, away from the stand column, of the arc-shaped lamp poles, and illuminating lamps are installed onthe lamp shells. The rainwater control collection energy-saving street lamp is novel in structure, rainwater control accumulation and photovoltaic power generation can be conducted, energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved, and reasonable utilization of natural resources is achieved.
