A seedling raising yard of a hard-base permeable seedling bed comprises seedling beds, an inlet channel and a drain channel, wherein the seedling beds comprise a permeable layer and a hard foundationformed by leveling and compacting, the permeable layer is laid on the hard foundation and consists of a fine gravel layer and a fine sand layer; surrounding ridges are arranged around the seedling beds, and the seedling beds are arranged in parallel; a water inlet channel is arranged on one sides of the seedling beds, and channel gates are arranged in the water inlet channel, and communicate witha water pipe; water inlets are arranged on the surrounding ridges on the water inlet channel side, and communicate with the water inlet channel to irrigate the seedling beds; a drainage channel is arranged on the other sides of the seedling beds, and water outlets are arranged on the surrounding ridges on the drainage channel side, and communicate with the drainage channel to drain the seedling beds; and tractor roads are paved on at least one sides of the seedling beds. The seedling raising yard adapts to the new mode of mechanized seedling raising and transplanting in double-cropping rice areas, can meet the requirements of high-density seedling raising, facilitates unified management of seedling raising and is low in cost.
