The invention discloses a desert plant water-saving irrigation device based on solar energy. The device comprises a ground. A plant is planted in the ground. A cylindrical sleeve is sleeved on the stem part of the plant. The lower end of the sleeve extends to the root position of the plant and is fixed in the ground. A water seepage cavity is provided in the sleeve. A water inlet pipe communicating with the water seepage cavity is arranged on the left end of the sleeve above the ground. According to the device provided by the invention, a solar power generation system is combined with plant water-saving irrigation. The plant produces a shaded cool area below a rotation plate. The shaded cool area better facilitates solar photovoltaic panel heat dissipation, and assists in improving the power generation efficiency of the solar photovoltaic panel. The solar panel covers the plant, such that the plant is protected from exposure to the sun, and plant transpiration can be reduced while theplant is under a condition with sufficient light. seepage irrigation can be carried out upon the plant through collecting the dew on and under the rotation plate. With the device provided by the invention, solar power generation efficiency is improved, and a better growth environment is provided for desert plants.
