The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a carbon nanotube grafted carbon fiber multi-scale reinforcement. The method comprises the following steps: putting a multi-walled carbon nanotube into strong acid to implement carboxyl functionalization treatment; putting the carbon fiber into strong acid to realize acid oxidation; drying the treated multi-walled carbon nanotubes, putting the dried multi-walled carbon nanotubes into a reaction kettle, adding ethylenediamine and N, N-dimethylformamide, performing ultrasonic treatment, putting acid-oxidized carbon fibers, and grafting the multi-walled carbon nanotubes to the multi-scale composite reinforcements on the surfaces of the carbon fibers through chemical connection between the multi-walled carbon nanotubes and the carbon fibers; and finally, fully drying the carbon fiber grafted with the carbon nanotubes, putting the carbon fiber grafted with the carbon nanotubes into a cement-based material, and carrying out fracture resistance and compression resistance tests to finally obtain the high-strength cement test block. According to the method and the application, the grafting density can be effectively improved, the bonding strength with a cement base is enhanced, the flexural strength and compressive strength of the cement test block are improved, and the service life of the test block is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种碳纳米管接枝碳纤维多尺度增强体的制备方法及其应用,首先将多壁碳纳米管放入强酸中,以实现羧基功能化处理;将碳纤维放入强酸中,以实现酸氧化;再将处理过后的多壁碳纳米管经干燥后放入反应釜内,并加入乙二胺和N,N‑二甲基甲酰胺,超声处理后,再放入酸氧化的碳纤维,通过多壁碳纳米管和碳纤维之间的化学连接,实现多壁碳纳米管接枝到碳纤维表面的多尺度复合增强体;最后将接枝了碳纳米管的碳纤维充分干燥后放入水泥基材料中,通过抗折、抗压试验,最终得到高强度水泥试块。该方法和应用可有效提升接枝密度,增强与水泥基间的粘结强度,提高水泥试块的抗折、抗压强度,延长试块的使用寿命。
