Method for manufacturing backfilling and self-leveling mortar from construction waste desulfurized gypsum double wastes
The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a backfilling and self-leveling mortar from construction waste desulfurized gypsum double wastes. The method comprises the following steps: S1, carrying out preliminary drying and dewatering treatment on the construction waste and the desulfurized gypsum, carrying out crushing treatment on the construction waste and the desulfurized gypsum to prepare gypsum powder and construction waste particles, screening the construction waste, and reserving the construction waste with the particle size of 30-140 meshes; S2, drying the gypsum powder and theconstruction waste particles prepared in step S1 to make the water content of the gypsum powder and the construction waste particles smaller than or equal to 5%; and S3, uniformly mixing the dried construction waste particles, gypsum powder, cement, fly ash and an additive to prepare the dry-mixed mortar. By treating the construction waste and the desulfurized gypsum, the construction waste withthe granularity of 30-140 meshes can replace natural sand to manufacture the self-leveling mortar, and due to the fact that the specific gravity of the construction waste is low, the settling velocityof the construction waste in mortar can be increased under the proper proportion, and the mortar is more uniform and stable.
