Mesoporous material compounded light heat-insulating refractory castable and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a mesoporous material compounded light heat-insulating refractory castable which is mainly applied to places needing high-temperature heat insulation. The castable comprises heat-insulating linings of kilns, steel rolling heating furnaces and the like, and the use temperature is 700-1200 DEG C. Compared with a traditional material, under the premise that the physical performance of the material is not changed in the actual working condition, the heat conductivity coefficient is obviously reduced, the heat preservation and insulation performance is enhanced, and thus thethickness of the heat insulation layer can be reduced, and the effects of reducing material cost and energy consumption are achieved.
本发明制备的一种介孔材料复合的轻质隔热耐火浇注料,主要应用于需要高温隔热的场所,包括窑炉、轧钢加热炉等隔热衬里,使用温度在700‑1200℃。与传统材料相比,在实际工况中,材料物理性能不变的前提下,导热系数明显降低,保温隔热性能增强,从而可以降低隔热层厚度,起到一个降低材料成本,降低能源消耗的作用。
