The invention provides three-dimensional ordered honeycomb cross-linked macroporous carbon and a super-assembly preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of porous materials. The three-dimensional ordered honeycomb cross-linked macroporous carbon provided by the invention is obtained by filling a polystyrene microsphere template with a carbon source, drying and removing the template inan inert atmosphere. The used carbon source is a resol solution, and the used polystyrene microsphere template is obtained by vacuum filtration of polystyrene microspheres. According to the method, polystyrene microsphere templates with different pore diameters can be obtained by changing reaction conditions, and then the three-dimensional ordered honeycomb cross-linked macroporous carbon with different pore diameters is obtained. The preparation method is simple and low in cost, and is expected to be applied to industrial production.
本发明提供了一种三维有序蜂窝状交联大孔碳及其超组装制备方法,涉及多孔材料领域。本发明提供的三维有序蜂窝状交联大孔碳是利用碳源填充聚苯乙烯微球模板,烘干,在惰性气氛下去除模板,即得。所用碳源为甲阶酚醛树脂溶液,所用聚苯乙烯微球模板是用聚苯乙烯微球真空抽滤获得。本发明通过改变反应条件可以获得不同孔径的聚苯乙烯微球模板,进而得到不同孔径大小的三维有序蜂窝状交联大孔碳。本发明制备方法简单,成本低廉,有望在工业生产中得到应用。
