The invention discloses a drainage roadbed for preventing railway fill road shoulders from sliding and fracturing and a production process of the drainage roadbed. The drainage roadbed comprises a main roadbed body, a railway fixing transverse plate, transverse plate bolts, roadbed fixing seats, anti-slide and anti-fracturing road shoulders and road shoulder fixing seats; the main roadbed is composed of an upper concrete layer and a lower concrete layer; rainwater passes through a filling groove, a through hole and a drainage hole, so that the rainwater is discharged to a middle-layer water channel; the anti-slide and anti-fracturing road shoulders on the two sides are formed by sequentially stacking a soil layer, a waterproof coating, an anti-fracturing brick layer, a waterproof coating and a reinforcing layer and pouring a concrete shell on the outer side, the anti-sliding and anti-fracture capacity of the road shoulder parts is effectively improved; if the concrete shell cracks, thereinforcing layer and the anti-cracking brick layer continue to maintain the supporting force on the main roadbed, the accident that a railway track inclines and collapses due to deviation of the main roadbed is prevented, the probability of sliding and fracture is effectively reduced, the drainage capacity is high, and applicability is wide.
本发明公开了防止铁路填方路肩滑裂的排水路基及其生产工艺,包括主路基、铁路固定横板、横板螺栓、路基固定座、防滑裂路肩和路肩固定座,其主路基采用上混凝土层和下混凝土层组成,雨水通过填充槽、贯通口和排水孔,将雨水排向中层水道排出,两侧的防滑裂路肩依次采用泥土层、防水涂层、防裂砖层、防水涂层和加固层的次序叠加,并在外侧浇筑混凝土外壳,有效提高路肩部位的抗滑动断裂能力,若混凝土外壳产生裂纹,则由加固层和防裂砖层继续维持对主路基支撑力度,防止主路基偏移而导致的铁路轨道歪斜倒塌的事故,其有效降低滑动断裂的发生概率,且排水能力较强,适用性较广。
