The invention discloses a track beam mounting device and a mounting method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problem that the construction progress is influenced by low track beam mounting efficiency in the prior art. The track beam mounting device comprises a track beam suspension support, a chain block, an mounting hanging basket and a bearing pull rod. The mounting method mainly comprises the following steps that: a track beam suspension support is mounted on a steel pier column; a track beam is hoisted to the steel pier column, the elevation of the track beam is adjusted through thechain block; primary installation is conducted on a pin shaft between column beams, the track beam is temporarily fixed through the bearing pull rod; and primary installation data are returned to a factory to conduct secondary adjustment beam column connection, so that it is guaranteed that the line shape of the track beam meets design requirements. The track beam mounting device and the mountingmethod thereof are simple in structure, scientific and reasonable in design and convenient to use, effectively improve efficient track beam installation in suspension type track traffic engineering construction, guarantee the construction progress, meanwhile, guarantee track beam installation precision, reduce the rework rate, and save manpower and material resources.
