The invention relates to a joint-crossing vehicle passing device for a bridge expansion joint construction period. The device comprises a joint-crossing main beam; the bottom surfaces of the two endsof the joint-crossing main beam are each welded with a backing plate with a certain thickness; the distance between the two backing plates is greater than the width of a bridge expansion joint; the two ends of the joint-crossing main beam are each provided with a ramp beam; the bottom faces of the ramp beams are flush with the bottom faces of the backing plates at the bottom of the joint-crossingmain beam; the ramp beams are welded to the ends of the joint-crossing main beam; and the end faces of the ramp beams are not higher than the joint-crossing main beam. According to the device, normalpassing of vehicles on a bridge in an expansion joint construction period and a maintenance period can be guaranteed, expansion joint concrete maintenance is not affected, the cost is low, and the comprehensive benefits are high.
