Assembled damping type temporary trestle structure
The invention provides an assembly type damping temporary trestle structure. The structure comprises a plurality of steel pipe piles, transverse bearing beams, a longitudinal bearing beam system, a bridge deck system, longitudinal bearing beam bolt pressing plates and distribution beam bolt pressing plates; the bottoms of the steel pipe piles are respectively embedded and fixed in soil and vertically distributing at equal intervals on two sides of a road along the length direction of the road; the transverse bearing beams are fixed above the steel pipe piles and arranged in the width directionof the road; the longitudinal bearing beam system is fixedly arranged above the transverse bearing beams through the longitudinal bearing beam bolt pressing plates; and the bridge deck system is fixedly arranged above the longitudinal bearing beam system through the distribution beam bolt pressing plates. The structure is simple, has high self stability and greatly improved safety and reduce theconstruction work amount and difficulty of a site; and square timbers are filled between webs of the longitudinal bearing beams, so that buffering and shock absorption are realized when a vehicle passes through; the structure can be assembled on the site in a blocking mode, installation is convenient, the recovery rate is 100%, cost is saved, and material waste is avoided.
本发明提供一种装配式减震型临时栈道结构,包括多根钢管桩、横向承重梁、纵向承重梁系统、桥面板系统、纵向承重梁螺栓压板、分配梁螺栓压板,所述钢管桩的底部分别嵌固在泥土中,沿道路长度方向等距垂直分布在道路两边,所述横向承重梁固定在钢管桩的上方,沿道路宽度方向布置,所述纵向承重梁系统通过纵向承重梁螺栓压板固定布置在横向承重梁的上方,所述桥面板系统通过分配梁螺栓压板固定布置在纵向承重梁系统上方。本发明结构简单,自稳定性强,安全性大大提高,也降低了现场的施工工程量和难度;在纵向承重梁腹板间采用方木填充,车辆荷载通行时,缓冲减震;可以分块进行现场拼装,安装便捷、回收率100%,节约成本,避免了材料的浪费。
