Formwork moving device for bridge construction
The invention discloses a formwork moving device for bridge construction. The device comprises a first sliding groove fixed to a top of an anti-collision guardrail reinforcing mesh, second sliding grooves and a moving frame, wherein the second sliding grooves are arranged in two sides, in a length direction of the anti-collision guardrail reinforcing mesh, of a roadbed, and the moving frame is matched with the first sliding groove and the second sliding grooves. The moving frame is composed of a plurality of push rods, a supporting rod and a connecting rod. The plurality of push rods are movably connected with the first sliding groove through bearings; and rollers matched with the second sliding grooves are arranged at ends of supporting rods. The device is simple in structure and convenient to use, rapid carrying of a formwork is achieved through the first sliding groove, the second sliding grooves and the moving frame which are matched with one another, then installation of the formwork is completed rapidly, time is saved, meanwhile, the moving frame rolls in the first sliding groove and the second sliding grooves in a carrying process through the rollers and the bearings, laboris saved, and a labor force is saved in a formwork walking process.
本发明公开了一种桥梁施工用模板移动装置,包括固定在防撞护栏钢筋网顶部的第一滑槽、位于路基沿防撞护栏钢筋网长度方向的两侧设置的第二滑槽和与所述第一滑槽、第二滑槽互相配配合的移动架,所述的移动架由多根推杆、支撑杆和连接杆构成,所述的多根推杆通过轴承与所述第一滑槽活动连接,所述支撑杆的端设有与所述第二滑槽相互配合的滚轮,本发明的结构简单,使用方便,通过互相配合的第一滑槽、第二滑槽和移动架来实现模板的快速搬运,进而快速的完成模板的安装,省时,同时在搬运过程中移动架通过滚轮、轴承的方式在第一滑槽、第二滑槽滚动,进而省力,在模板行走过程中节省劳动力。
