Method for controlling perpendicularity of cement mixing pile body
The invention provides a method for controlling the perpendicularity of a cement mixing pile body. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps that a, one level bubble level gauge isarranged on a pile machine operation platform; b, one level bubble level gauge is arranged on one side of the bottom of a pile machine frame; c, one level bubble level gauge is arranged on the otherside of the bottom of the pile machine frame; and d, two level bubble level gauges are fixed to the positions, close to the operation platform, of a cross beam of a machine body of the powder sprayingtype pile machine, the perpendicularity of the pile machine and the perpendicularity of a frame body of the pile machine are adjusted through the three level bubble level gauges, and therefore the perpendicularity of a pile body of a formed pile is guaranteed. The method for controlling the perpendicularity of the cement mixing pile body has the advantages that the level bubble level gauges are commercially available products and convenient to install and use; during mechanical piling operation, the levelness of the level bubble level gauges is adjusted by hydraulically adjusting the heightsof four supporting legs of the pile machine, so that the machine body of the pile machine is horizontal, and it is guaranteed that a rotating rod of the pile machine is perpendicular to the ground during pile machine operation; and the pile body is more vertical and better meets the design bearing capacity requirement.
