Construction method for connecting joint structure of foundation of stamping equipment and floor
The invention discloses a construction method for a connecting joint structure of a foundation of stamping equipment and a floor. The construction method is characterized by comprising the following steps of a, binding inner and outer reinforcing meshes of the side wall of the foundation of the stamping equipment; b, mounting trapezoidal bracket steel bars; c, mounting reinforcing forms; d, pouring C35 concrete between an outer-layer form and an inner-layer form; e, removing inner and outer layer steel bar scaffolds and wood forms of the side wall; f, brushing a sealant to the top of a bracket; g, pasting a polystyrene board to the position, on the upper portion of the bracket, of the outer side of the side wall of the foundation through glue; h, laying upper and lower layer steel bars ofa floor board; i, pouring floor board concrete; and j, removing the upper portion of the polystyrene board through a knife, and injecting joint filling glue to make the joint filling glue be flush with the surface of the floor. The construction method has the advantages that the construction steps of the connecting joint structure of the foundation of the equipment and the floor are reasonable indesign and easy to operate, and the problems of settlement, tearing and the like at the joint part of the foundation of the stamping equipment and the floor board in a stamping workshop commonly existing in the automobile industry are solved.
