The industrial building shock absorption foundation is characterized in that the industrial building shock absorption foundation comprises a force bearing frame, buttresses, a raft plate and supporting columns, the force bearing frame is arranged below equipment, the buttresses are arranged below the force bearing frame, concrete inverted beams are arranged on the periphery of the raft plate, a raft plate base is made into an arch shape, the concrete inverted beams and an arch-shaped bottom plate form an enclosure frame; shock absorption holes are formed in the raft plate and comprise steel plates, shock absorption materials and shock absorption blocks, the supporting columns are located below the shock absorptionblocks, and the bottoms of the supporting columns are conical; and the method comprises the following construction steps that (1) the force bearing frame is jacked by adopting a jack; (2) the steel base plate is paved on the ground before jacking; (3) the buttresses are removed after jacking is completed; (4) the steel plates are disassembled after the buttresses are removed; and (5) the shock absorption materials are selected according to the vibration force of the industrial equipment, and the shock absorption materials are put into the shock absorption holes. (6) buttresses are arranged onthe steel plates at the shock absorption holes; (7) the force bearing frame is arranged on the buttresses; and (8) the industrial equipment is installed on the force bearing frame.
