Auxiliary device for building external wall tile construction and tile laying method
The invention discloses an auxiliary device for building external wall tile construction and a tile laying method. The device comprises fixed main rods which are fixed on the external wall surface ofa building body at equal intervals, a side plate is inserted into the two sides of each fixed main rod from top to bottom, more than one assembly cavity is formed in each side plate from top to bottom, the two sides of each assembly cavity are both provided with openings, a tile is inserted into the assembly cavities between the two adjacent side plates, each tile is installed in the assembly cavities and is in contact with the side face of each fixed main rod, and a limiting plate is arranged on the side, opposite to the external wall surface of the building body, of each side plate in a drawing manner; and an ejection mechanism is arranged in each assembly cavity, after each tile is loaded, each tile is pressed towards each limiting plate through the ejection mechanisms, a filling cavityis formed between each tile and the external wall surface of the building body, and each filling cavity is used for filling concrete material. According to the auxiliary device, the labor intensity of personnel can be greatly reduced, the construction safety is improved, the tile quality is greatly improved, and the working efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种建筑外墙瓷砖施工辅助装置及瓷砖的铺设方法,包括等距固定在建筑体外墙面上的固定主杆,固定主杆的两侧自上而下插入设置一侧板,侧板自上而下开设一个以上的装配腔,装配腔的两侧均开口,相邻两侧板之间的装配腔内均插入设置一瓷砖,瓷砖装入于装配腔内后其与固定主杆侧面接触,侧板上相对建筑体外墙面一侧抽拉式的设置一限位板,装配腔内设置有顶出机构,瓷砖装入后通过顶出机构将瓷砖向着限位板压紧,瓷砖与建筑体外墙面之间形成一个填充腔,用于填充混凝土料。本发明可大大降低人员的劳动强度,增加施工安全性,极大提升瓷砖质量以及提升了工作效率。
