The invention discloses a fixed roof and a building frame. The fixed roof is used for supporting a form; the fixed roof comprises a supporting part and a connecting part, wherein the supporting part is used for supporting the form, and the connecting part is used for being connected with a supporting rod so as to be supported on a bottom face; and the supporting part comprises a top wall and sidewalls connected to the top wall, wherein the side walls are provided with pin holes so as to be locked and fixed to the form through pins, and the connecting part is connected to the top wall. The fixed roof is simple in structure and stable in supporting.
