The invention provides a building formwork quick-release supporting system. The building formwork quick-release supporting system comprises a plurality of formwork components, wherein each formwork component comprises a supporting rod assembly, supporting head assemblies, keels, flat plates, corner connecting pieces and fasteners; the bottom of the supporting rod assembly is fixed to the ground; the supporting head assemblies are adjustably mounted at the top of the supporting rod assembly; the keels are erected between the adjacent supporting head assemblies; the flat plates are tightly laidand erected between the adjacent keels; a closed supporting plane is formed by laying the multiple flat plates; and all the formwork components except the supporting rod assemblies are made of polymercomposite plastic. According to the building formwork quick-release supporting system, the weight of each plate is reduced, and thus mounting construction is easier; and the supporting assemblies andall the components for assembling formworks are concise in design, easy to mount and dismount, high in operability and high in effect, the labor cost is reduced, and the construction cost is reduced.
