Closed construction method for metallurgical industrial plant
The invention provides a closed construction method for a metallurgical industrial plant. The closed construction method comprises the following steps that a, a pile foundation of the metallurgical industrial plant is constructed; b, a reinforced concrete foundation of a steel structure plant is constructed; c, steel columns and a steel structure roof truss system are constructed on the reinforcedconcrete foundation; d, a roof steel structure is hoisted and mounted in place through a small-tonnage crane; e, a crane beam and a crane are mounted in the plant, and debugging work of the crane iscompleted; f, an equipment foundation and an equipment platform are constructed in the plant by taking the crane in the plant as a vertical and horizontal transportation tool; and g, finally, equipment is hoisted and mounted in place by using the crane in the plant. The method aims to solve the problems of long consumed time of large hoisting equipment, high cost, much up-and-down cross operationand the like in the case of roof steel structure plant beyond-yard hoisting, the construction is easy, convenient and rapid and is easy to implement, and the relatively high popularization value is achieved.
本发明提供了一种冶金工业厂房闭口施工方法,包括以下步骤:a、冶金工业厂房桩基础施工;b、钢结构厂房钢筋混凝土基础施工;c、在钢筋混凝土基础上进行钢柱以及钢结构屋架系统的施工;d、应用小吨位吊车将屋面钢结构吊装、安装就位;e、在厂房内安装吊车梁及吊车,并完成吊车的调试工作;f、以厂房内的吊车作为垂直和水平运输的工具,在厂房内进行设备基础和设备平台的施工;g、最后利用厂房内的吊车将设备吊装、安装就位。本方法旨在解决屋面钢结构厂房跨外吊装,大型吊装设备用时长、成本高、上下交叉作业多等问题。施工简便,快速而且易于实现,具有较高的推广价值。
