When vehicles need to be parked in and picked out of the first garage, the second garage and the third garage, the first garage fixing device,the second garage fixing device and the third garage fixing device are loosened, the first garage, the second garage and the third garage are lifted through steel cables, and then the vehicles are parked in and picked out of the first garage, the second garage and the third garage. The solar cross-road parking device is stable in structure and wide in application range, the solar cross-road parking device can be independently placed on a street or placed in a community where vehicles are densely parked in a spliced mode, the problem that parking is difficult in the community and a busy area can be solved to a great extent, multiple vehicles can be parked at the same time, the space utilization rate is high, the automation degree is high, and one-key vehicle parking and picking-out can beachieved through a control end. In addition, the solar cross-road parking device is powered by a solar panel, saves energy and is environmentally friendly.
